    The Manager, Analytics & Decision Sciences is responsible for managing the client analytics programs in support of our media, account and technology teams on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.  This person will be assigned to a select group of accounts in addition to contributing to internal and new business projects on an as-needed basis. Here at DRUM Analytics, we believe that everyone is a beneficiary of our services and should be treated like a client.  This role requires close collaboration with other analytics resources, the media team, and technology and account services.  The manager must be a qualified professional with experience using data across multiple channels and disciplines to advance the customer journey and client maturity. This manager must be highly organized, creative, problem solving, curious and self-directed.


    - Day-to-day management and particpation in the analytics functions for various clients.  Responsibilities include fielding requests for reports and analysis from internal (Account Service and Media) and external clients.  Must employ a systematic and disciplined approach to project management. Expected to document requests and maintain a prioritized queue of deliverables.
    - Work with Media, Account and Strategy to help define successful KPIs, monitor and evolve KPIs based on the evolving landscape and client goals.
    - Analyze media effectiveness and be able to deliver findings to clients.
    - Monitor trends via real-time reporting and identify ways for the team to leverage current topics of interest to a higher degree.
    - Manage the periodic delivery of substantial performance updates to various clients.  This includes, but is not limited to, innovative methods of presenting performance metrics, automating recurring data needs and aligning presentation materials with Account Service and Media efforts.
    - Act as an advocate for DRUMs expertise in analytics within the company, educating key stakeholders on innovative and effective ways to address opportunities for business growth through use of data, analytics and technology.


    3-7 years of experience in a data related function.
    Client Relations:
    - Ensure all output and work are fully accurate and vetted
    - Exhibit responsibility for all direct assignments
    - Build relationship as an advisor and subject lead to the corresponding client level
    - Anticipate client needs and propose sound solutions internally and externally
    - Show ability to influence clients; able to engage in selling analytic services
    - Actively prepare and present analysis to client teams
    - Lead development of presentation logic and flow for entire document
    - Create a logical structure, clear storyline and conclusions in all written materials
    - Organized, energetic, and a passionate presenter
    Project Management:
    - Contribute to scoping and project planning          
    - Assist in managing team resources to deliver high quality with no errors in work       
    - Ability to synthesize, disparate data into actionable insight
    - Manage scopes and plans projects with realistic goals, resources, actions and dates
    - Anticipate potential project management risks and escalates to management
    Growth Management:
    - Recommend ideas/projects that can lead to incremental revenue
    - Contributor to creating new tools for the discipline
    - Strive to evolve specialty expertise by recommending ideas to improve the overall
    People management:
    - Provide guidance and solicits feedback from junior team members
    - Is a strong team builder with client and cross-capability teams, clarifying roles and expectations   
    - Help junior team members gain a better understanding of the discipline’s tools
    - Actively pursue opportunities to share intellectual capital across the organization
    - Adhere to DRUM policies (timesheets, reviews etc.)
    - Sought out by client team as expert on industry and client-specific strategic Issues
