    This role will work closely with Account Services and the eCRM Manager to lead email program planning and campaign execution for a variety of clients. Key responsibilities include: management of client relationship to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, coordination of assets and schedules with both client and internal teams, development of targeting and segmentation strategies, and execution of email deployments.




    - Partner with clients to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that support clients overall business objectives
    - Responsible for day to day client communications, including requirements gathering and asset coordination, managing client and internal team expectations, and providing campaign specific updates and milestones
    - Develop programming calendars and email project schedules
    - Maintain master email deployment calendar for all clients including changes to schedule – ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated to client and internal teams
    - Responsible for day to day campaign execution, including setting up new segmentation based on marketing strategy
    - Conduct all email quality assurance checks to ensure email meets client expectations
    - Monitor ongoing triggered/scheduled emails
    - Monitor email deliverability across various email platforms
    - Develops custom and ad-hoc reports
    - Make modifications to HTML message when necessary
    - Participate in email team discussions to develop new procedures and best practices


    - 3-5 years of experience in digital or email marketing
    - Client-facing experience in a digital marketing agency environment
    - Email and marketing execution experience with one or more Email Service Providers/Marketing Automation Tools, IBM Watson Campaign Automation or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
    - Experience with project management tools
    - Strong organizational skills and proactive manner
    - Must be a problem solver and analytical thinker
    - Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    - Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects, while meeting tight deadlines
    - Always looking for better, more cost-effective and scalable ways to accomplish goals
    - Languages/Technologies:
    XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    - Applications:
    Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills.
    Ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience with IBM Watson Campaign Automation or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
