    The Account Supervisor supervises and mentors account team in supporting all client day-to-day projects, while fostering business growth and key client relationships.  The Account Supervisor is a leader and as such is a motivator and general team builder.  This particular Account Supervisor role will work on email marketing campaigns and must have relevant email experience managaing email campaigns across a variety of clients, advertising and direct response experience.




    - Be a Trusted Advisor to our clients, providing financial stewardship, expert advice, business growing insights and ideas and developing a relationship of trust and respect.
    - Acquire knowledge of the client’s business and customer so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated. 
    - Adopt and represent DRUM core values, vision and mission.
    - Effective planning and execution of client’s advertising programs through department collaboration and coordination. 
    - Review client campaign analysis, provide additional insight on key business trends, and craft recommendations for campaign optimization and rollouts.
    - Collaborate with Analytic, Strategy and Insights, Media and Creative teams to develop complex testing strategies and campaign roadmaps.
    - Supervise day-to-day progress of campaigns to make sure that deadlines are met and to respond to client and internal team counterparts’ problems and questions.
    - Supervise or develop creative and media briefs for review by corresponding department managers.
    - Ensure workflow processes are being executed properly, ensuring PM and AS teams are working collaboratively through campaign execution.
    - Mediate discussions and priorities between team members of the client-service departments.
    - Proactively collaborate with DRUM senior leadership in looking for opportunities to grow business/relationship with the client. 
    - Maintain client detail in agency HUB and update as needed throughout relationship.  Foster excellent team communications.
    - Develops and/or approves SOWs, works with supervisor in revenue planning and forecasting and manages billing and financials.
    - Participates in the management of the profitability by minimizing write-offs, non-billable hours and recommending staffing or compensation changes as needed.
    - Research industry trends or client specific requests and provide thought leadership articles to client.
    - Supervises an Assistant A.E./Account Coordinator/Account Executive where appropriate and is responsible for training them to agency standards/best practices.
    - Responsible for hiring high quality individuals who will be assets to the agency and help execute agency vision.
    - Protect the quality of work life and personal life of your team members


    - Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree a plus
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in agency environment with client management role
    - Experience managing email campaigns across a variety of clients
    - Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    - Strong writing and verbal communication skills
    - Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    - Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    - Strong initiative and leadership abilities
    - Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    - Experience working on Non Profit clients is a plus but not required
    - Excellent writing and strong/persuasive presentation skills
    - Strong analytical skills/strategic skills
    - A ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to perform tasks that support our client’s success and the mission of DRUM
    Potential to develop into a senior leadership role at DRUM
