    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Search Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day planning, execution, management and reporting for clients’ paid search and shopping campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development and execution of strategic search and shopping campaigns
    • Analyze and interpret media data to provide strategic short & long-term account and departmental opportunities
    • Create and present client performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and/or quarterly basis
    • Effectively present strategic reports to clients and senior management
    • Sets and enforces quality standards for direct reports and oversees their growth
    • Financially responsible for all areas of media including payments and account profitability/growth
    • Ability to set and adhere to realistic KPIs for clients

    Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge of media planning, buying, research and digital analytics     
    • Knowledge and experience of online executions of paid search & shopping campaigns
    • 5+ years media experience; Paid Search required, advertising agency experience a plus 
    •Understanding of all digital marketing channels (Social Media, Display, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.)
    • 3+ years of client communication; excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and decision making abilities
    • Exceptional strategic leadership abilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships
    • Is detail-oriented and strong at implementation
    • Creates schedules and budgets and meets them
    • Expert-level Excel & PowerPoint skills
