Newton’s First Law: Objects at rest tend to remain at rest. The same is true of people. At DRUM, our job is to get people to move. But random movement is pointless. Movement in rhythm with the goals of our clients, on the other hand, is the most valuable thing in the world. There’s an irresistible beat that gets brands noticed, gets people talking and, above all, gets results. No wonder so many great brands — like AT&T, Aflac, Carhartt, E*TRADE, PayPal, March of Dimes and more — trust us to help take them where they want to go. We’re DRUM. Let’s dance.

If you’re not having any fun at work, you’re doing it wrong. Whether you’re in our Atlanta, Chicago or New York office, you’ll see for yourself: At DRUM, we love what we do. We’re focused, but not funless. Aggressive, but not ad-holes. After all, we believe in harmony. It’s there in everything we do, from our award-winning campaigns to our slightly less decorated bowling team. And it’s the reason our agency is recognized time and again, from Chief Marketer’s Top 200 Agencies to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplaces.

As a Senior Search Planner you lead Search accounts and provide expert level advice and results to both the Media and Account Service teams. You will own your accounts as the main point of contact to handle client requests. A Senior Search Planner must be able to manage campaigns on their own with precision, and a touch of creativity. DRUM is direct response driven so we thrive off of data and surpassing KPIs. It’s ok to nerd out over excel sheets and automated reports.

We are looking for passionate, positive, and hardworking people who want to drive success for their accounts and the agency as a whole. At DRUM we believe in teamwork and relationships. Not only do we want someone who will work hard, but also thrive off of teamwork and collaboration. We aren’t looking for mediocre – we want extraordinary.

DRUM has a healthy and fully dedicated SEM department with a proven success record.  According to Advertising Age, DRUM is one of the 25 Largest SEM Agencies in the United States, and we’ve had 46% of our Paid SEM accounts for over 4 years; which is a testament to the quality of work we provide.
