    Overview:

    Ambitious self-starter needed to serve as an Account Executive for a direct and digital advertising agency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of  2 years prior agency or non-profit fundraising experience, be extremely well-organized, pay meticulous attention to detail, and be able to multi-task.

    Responsibilities

    - Coordinates the planning and execution of direct mail and digital marketing programs for specified clients to meet objectives and budgets
    - Monitors day-to-day progress of campaigns to make sure that deadlines are met and to respond to team counterparts’ problems and questions
    - Acquires knowledge of the client’s organization and donor so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
    - Sets an example within the agency with a positive, problem-solving approach to inter-departmental relationships
    - Continues developing skills as a good presenter, a clear and organized writer and a strategic thinker
    - Consults with media, creative, account management and others when appropriate to develop strategic solutions to client objectives

    Qualifications

    - College graduate (prefer degree in marketing, advertising or nonprofit management)
    - Minimum 2 years agency or client experience required
    - Experienced in direct mail and/or non-profit fundraising a plus
    - Passion for our clients’ work
    - Digital and/or email marketing experience required a plus
    - Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
    - Strong Initiative and ability to work independently
    - Works with account team, support departments, and assigned clients
    - Energetic and able to manage a heavy workload
    - Must be deadline oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight schedules to keep internal teams and clients on track
    - Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel required
    - Clear writing and communication skills
    - Analytical skills
    - Leadership qualities within the agency
    - Ability to work in fast-paced environment
