     Summary:     

    We are seeking a quick learner, self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and great verbal/written communication skills for this position. With the guidance of a supervisor, the AE should be able to function independently on a day-to-day basis in a variety of areas. This role has a strong emphasis on digital media and email. However, email experience is not a requirement. 

    Responsibilities

    - Coordinates the planning and execution of digital and direct marketing programs for specified clients to meet objectives and budgets
    - Consults with media, creative, account management and others when appropriate to develop strategic solutions to clients objectives
    - Monitors day-to-day progress of digital campaigns to make sure that deadlines are met and to respond to team counterparts problems and questions
    - Oversees quality of work produced by the agency, including Account Service and Media deliverables
    - Writes media and creative briefs for review by his/her supervisor
    - Understands his/her role in improving agency profitability by minimizing write-offs, non-billable hours and freelance
    - Performs analysis of client’s campaigns and crafts recommendations based on analysis for supervisor’s review
    - Continues developing skills as a good presenter, a clear and organized writer and a strategic thinker
    - Sets an example within the agency with a positive, problem-solving approach to inter-departmental relationships
    - Acquires knowledge of the client’s business and customer so that marketing and advertising problems and opportunities may be anticipated
    - Initiates new projects and manages them through completion based on his/her interpretation of client’s needs 
    - Develops a reputation of respect and trust at the client organization

    Qualifications

    - College Degree
    - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Account Service role
    - Experience working on digital media initiatives and email marketing are strongly preferred and Direct Marketing experience highly valued
    - Strong Initiative
    - Clear writing and good presentation skills
    - Strong analytical skills
    - Extremely organized and detail oriented
