    SUMMARY:

    This role will work closely with the Email Technology Manager to execute email marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. Key responsibilities will be based on client email deployment calendars.  Additional responsibilities include: coordinating graphics, list, and email content to ensure messages are delivered on appropriate dates to appropriate segments. 

     
    In this position, you will also assist in developing targeting and segmentation strategies. Ideal candidate will have two to three years experience with IBM Watson Campaign Automation.
     

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Email Technology Manager and Account Services to execute email marketing campaigns for clients
    • Work with the Email Technology Manager to develop programming calendars and email project schedules
    • Responsible for day to day execution of email campaigns
    • Maintain master email deployment calendar for all clients including changes to schedule – ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated to Email Technology Manager
    • Work with Email Technology Manager on setting up new segmentation based on marketing strategy
    • Conduct all email quality assurance checks to ensure email meets Account Services expectations
    • Monitor ongoing triggered/scheduled emails
    • Monitor email deliverability across various email platforms
    • Develops custom and ad-hoc reports
    • Make modifications to HTML message when necessary
    • Participate in email team discussions to develop new procedures and best practices

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years experience in web and email marketing
    • Email Enterprise level platform experience including IBM Watson Campaign Automation
    • Extreme attention to detail
    • Must be a problem solver and analytical thinker
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proactive manner
    • Always looking for better, more cost-effective and scalable ways to accomplish goals
    • Works well in a team environment, but also capable of independent work
    • Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
    • Languages/Technologies:
    XHTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
    • Applications:
    Dreamweaver,Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills.
