    Location: This role could work out of our Atlanta, New York or Lombard office location.





    The Media Supervisor is the primary lead of the day-to-day requirements of all media planning. They are responsible for digesting client goals and objectives and translating them into actionable media plans.  The Media Supervisor is one of the primary points of contact for clients on requests, and is responsible for having a firm grasp of both strategic and functional media knowledge. The position will work across all types of media including TV, Radio, Print, OOH and Digital. Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of media planning experience, supervisory and client facing responsibilities. 


    -Development of strategic media plans and recommendations for DRUM clients
    -Collaborate with Account Service and Creative team members to manage the entire advertising cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, then backend analysis and optimization
    -Work closely with Digital team in Atlanta to ensure that Paid Search, Paid Social and Display campaigns are delivering on client KPIs.
    -Ability to research media trends, market conditions, and competitor data for use in planning
    -Possess a strong understanding of the digital landscape and stay abreast of new technologies and trends that can be incorporated into media driven solutions
    -Close monitoring of campaign performance including analysis and recommendations for optimizations
    -Manage budgets for multiple clients and ensure all media activity is within budget
    -Write POVs for media opportunities and recommend to client when appropriate
    -Negotiate with media representatives


    - Minimum 3 years of Media Planning experience, with extensive knowledge of the media planning process, research tools, and analytics
    - Ability to manage and train others
    - Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and decision making abilities
    - Ability to learn quickly and keep up with multiple projects under tight deadlines
    - Must have excellent communication skills and some experience presenting in front of groups
    - Experienced PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
    - Experience with ad serving platforms such as Atlas or DART is desired
    - Advanced understanding of Display; Basic understanding of Paid Search, and Social Media
    - Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
